On the 22nd of November 2008, Egyptian Institution of Public Consciousness, 4 Our Kidz is hosting its annual Family Fun Day to commemorate the UN Mandated Universal Children’s Day.
This will be the second grand scale commemoration of Universal Children’s Day in Egypt with the main purpose of educating the public on the Right’s of the Child
This year’s proposed event intends on educating children and adults on how to lead a healthier life through acquiring and practicing healthy Fitness and Nutrition habits. UCD 2008 will be all about introducing Fitness and Nutrition principles in a fun and interactive way.
Several enjoyable children’s activities are planned including numerous sessions organized by our Fitness Partner, Gold’s GYM, who will be present with their certified Fitness Instructors to run dance and fun work out routines to keep everyone physically energized throughout the day!
- Fitness Classes – Gold’s Gym Fitness Instructors will conduct various sessions aimed at involving both children and adults alike in fun fitness activities to encourage a healthy active lifestyle. Sample classes include Yoga, Self Defence, Aerobics, etc.
Health and Fitness Sessions - Experts will conduct interactive, informative and enjoyable sessions for groups of participants throughout the afternoon in a rotating fashion so all participants can enjoy quality time with each Expert and have the chance to participate in quiz contests to win prizes, ask questions and get expert advice on Health and Nutrition issues
Nutrition Experts will conduct a fun session on how to prepare quick, easy, healthy but most of all TASTY snacks for adults and children alike. He will also demonstrate how to get children motivated and involved in healthy nutrition and meal preparation. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be a challenge once you learn our Nutrition Experts tricks of the trade!

DRESS CODE: Please wear comfortable clothing/sports wear in order to participate in the Fitness Activities.
